JoJo - The Lion King
1993 -- 2003
... Our Little Buddy -- We'll Miss You!!!

Jojo, was an orange and white tabby, born the "runt" of
the litter and as such, no-one really wanted him. I decided to adopt him and another little white kitten, named
Kyky about ten years ago while living with my family in Ohio. I was originally going to get one of them, but a friend
urged me to take two so that they would not be alone -- I agreed.
Obviously, Jojo did not remain a "runt" for long, as you can
see from the pictures. Instead, he eventually weighed as much as 20+ pounds, and up until a few months ago, he had always
been so active and outgoing, especially when playing with his sister, Kyky. They both were so funny to watch and to
play with, both in Ohio, where they ran around the hillsides until I came home...and even in Miami, Florida where Jescel and
I now reside, with its beautiful sunsets and plentiful palmtrees. But wait... now the bad news:
Jojo, had been in and out of the vet clinic for
about a month, but no one could tell us what was wrong with him. An iron deficiency, a liver disorder, anemia,
but what was causing it??? We wouldnt know until the autopsy. It turned out to be mesentaric cancer of the
abdomen -- a fatal condition for Jojo.
We will miss you, little buddy!

KyKy - The Little Furball
1993 -- 2004
... She WAS The Little Woman of the House!!!

And now for the other feline in our lives, Kyky....
She has always been the shy one, of course since
her brother outweighed her by at least 100% and was clearly the more dominant personality. Ever since Jojo's departure,
Ky had been a bit lonely now being the only one in the house. After a few weeks, she became sooooo playful and affectionate,
AND NIOSY, too, since there were no other cats around she could now MEE-OOOW at the top of her lungs --
And to her hearts content!!!

Jescel is so amazed at how her personality has opened up since
Jojo's left for the big "litter-box-in-the-sky" (if there really is such a thing). before, Kyky would rarely come to
Jescel, but now the two of them are almost inseparable, especially if Jescel is lying down on the sofa. Jescel truly
has a friend that is hairy-ER than me...HAHAHA!
Well, Ky, we appreciate having you around to make us laugh....
Thanks for humouring us by doing your SUPER-KITTY impersonation.....LOL!!!!!
NOTE: KY HAD BECOME ILL A FEW MOTHS AGO AND STARTED TO DETERIORATE IN HER HEATH, DUE TO A
TUMOR. AFTER CONSULTATIONS WITH 2 VETERINARIANS, WE HAD TO MAKE HEART-WRENCHING DECISION TO HAVE HER PUT TO
SLEEP. WE WILL MISS HER GREATLY!!!
